\n当前全球最大规模的大模型训练集群，通常在几万到十几万颗GPU的量级。75000颗H200，足以支撑一家公司独立训练全球第一梯队的通用大模型。10家公司各自拿到这个量级，意味着中国AI的算力基础设施将发生质变。

\n这不是巧合。
\n此前几个月，字节跳动被曝出与英伟达洽谈200-400亿美元的算力合作。当时很多人觉得这只是传言，现在看来，那不过是冰山一角。
\n真实的叙事是：美国科技巨头们用商业逻辑，打通了政治堵点。
\n黄仁勋在特朗普访华代表团的名单上，这不是挂名。当英伟达的工程师和商务团队坐在谈判桌前，算的是未来三年中国AI市场的渗透率和订单规模。而华盛顿的政治逻辑，在万亿美元的商业利益面前，让步了。
\n这个信号非常明确：在中美科技博弈中，商业的力量正在重新被证明——它不是政治的附庸，它有自己的方向。

\n过去两年，中国AI大模型公司的困境是\"有算法、有数据、没算力\"。很多团队不得不去海外租算力，或者用阉割版芯片凑合着跑。现在算力供应彻底打开，产品落地速度会明显加快。
\n但国产替代受到冲击了吗？
\n短期内会。华为昇腾正在全力追赶，但距离H200的性能差距是客观存在的。75万颗H200涌入，必然会在高端算力市场挤压国产芯片的份额。
\n不过长期来看，这反而是好事。
\n一是国产芯片的客户不会完全流失——地缘政治风险始终存在，今天能买，明天也可能被叫停，任何理性的公司都会保持国产芯片的备选份额。
\n二是竞争是最好的催化剂。华为、寒武纪们必须在更激烈的环境中加速迭代，而不是在\"卡脖子\"的保护伞下慢慢发育。
\n美国芯片股会涨，中国AI股也会涨。这是双赢。
\n回顾2022年以来的一系列禁令和限制，中美AI在\"脱钩\"的路上走了很远。
\n但现在风向在变。
\n美国不是要放弃AI芯片市场——全球最大的AI应用市场在中国，美国的芯片不做中国的生意，难道只靠军工订单养活整个产业链吗？算不过这个账。
\n中国的逻辑也很清楚——能买的时候买最好的，同时自己也要能造。两条腿走路，不把鸡蛋放一个篮子里。
\n所以这一轮H200的放开，不是\"美帝发善心\"，而是商业逻辑的回归。
\n美国卖芯片挣钱，中国用芯片做应用。这是典型的竞合关系——在关键技术上美国保持领先，在商业应用上中美共同做大蛋糕。
\nH200是现在可以确定吃到嘴里的了。那么H100呢？B100呢？英伟达下一代Blackwell架构的芯片呢？
\n这一轮放开的逻辑，可能只是打开了第一道闸门。
\n一旦中美商业合作形成正循环——美国芯片公司有了确定收入、中国AI公司有了充足算力，两边都尝到了甜头——接下来高端芯片的开放门槛只会越来越低。
