Sam Altman说：别为了创业而创业</h3>\n<p>\"创业不是一种身份。它是一种工具——用来解决某类特别难的问题的极端工具。\"</p>\n<p>你创业，是因为你发现了一个真正的问题，有了一群真正需要你的人。不是因为\"创业者\"这仨字好听。</p>\n<p>这句话对OPC尤其重要。</p>\n<p>很多做一人公司的，心态上就已经跌入了\"我要当老板\"的幻觉。但Sam Altman告诉你：如果你只是为了当老板而创业，那你大概率走不远。因为当老板的苦，远大于当老板的甜。</p>\n<h3 id=\"2\">2. \"不要追求大家都觉得还行，要追求少数人非常爱\"</h3>\n<p>这句话写在第4讲，Paul Graham的\"想法\"篇。</p>\n<p>硅谷有个流行说法——\"想法不值钱，执行力最重要\"。但Paul Graham说，不对。好的想法非常值钱，只是坏的想法太多了。</p>\n<p>那什么是好想法？不是\"所有人都觉得不错\"的东西。</p>\n<p>他说了一句后来成为经典的话：<strong>与其让100个人觉得\"还行\"，不如让10个人爱你爱到不行。</strong></p>\n<p>对OPC来说，这就是你的生存密码。你一个人，不可能跟大公司抢主流用户。但你完全可以找到一小群人，把他们服务到死心塌地。</p>\n<h3 id=\"3-peter-thiel\">3. Peter Thiel说：竞争是失败者的游戏</h3>\n<p>第5讲，Peter Thiel的\"垄断\"篇。</p>\n<p>他说了一句非常叛逆但极其深刻的话：\"资本主义和竞争是对立的。在完全竞争市场里，利润是0。真正的利润来自垄断。\"</p>\n<p>很多人一听\"垄断\"就觉得是坏词。但Peter Thiel说的垄断不是\"把对手干掉\"，而是\"创造一个没有竞争的市场\"。</p>\n<p>对OPC来说，这才是你的机会——</p>\n<p>大公司抢大市场，你抢小市场。如果你能在一个非常小的领域里，做到别人完全做不了的事，那你就是这个领域的\"垄断者\"。</p>\n<h3 id=\"4\">4. \"先证明留存，再谈增长\"</h3>\n<p>这是YC孵化器的核心信条之一。</p>\n<p>你去看很多创业公司，一开始拼命烧钱拉新，结果用户来了就走，留存率惨不忍睹。然后融不到下一轮，死了。</p>\n<p>YC的教训是：<strong>不要急着推广。先确认你的产品有足够的用户留存，有人真的离不开它。</strong></p>\n<p>OPC尤其要记住这句话。因为你没人、没钱、没资源。你输不起。</p>\n<p>哪怕只有100个用户，但如果这100个人每个月都在用你的产品，主动帮你推荐，那你就赢了。</p>\n<h3 id=\"5\">5. 每讲都有检查表</h3>\n<p>这是让我觉得\"YC这帮人是真干实事\"的地方。</p>\n<p>每一讲末尾都有可执行的检查表。不是\"继续努力\"这种鸡汤，而是——</p>\n<p>\"列出你的前10个潜在用户\"</p>\n<p>\"写下你的产品的核心价值主张，用一句话\"</p>\n<p>\"统计你过去一个月的留存率\"</p>\n<p>我不需要再教你什么了。照着检查表做，比100节理论课都管用。</p>\n<h2 id=\"1000\">为什么一份免费的讲义，胜过市面上1000个付费课程？</h2>\n<p>你得想清楚一个问题：市面上那些\"一人公司\"\"个人IP\"的课程，定价的逻辑是什么？</p>\n<p>它们定价的逻辑是\"你觉得值多少钱\"。你觉得29800的私董会一定比1999的训练营好，因为贵。你觉得7天收入的承诺太诱人了，因为你焦虑。</p>\n<p>但CS183B的逻辑是：<strong>我们真的孵化过几千家公司，这些东西是我们一次次试错试出来的。</strong></p>\n<p>一个是\"写出来卖的\"，一个是\"试出来再给你看的\"。</p>\n<p>你觉得哪个更值得信？</p>\n<p>你不用相信我，你可以自己去验证。搜索\"Stanford CS183B\"或者\"How to Start a Startup\"，讲义和视频全部公开。</p>\n<p>我唯一想对你说的是——<strong>不要只收藏。</strong></p>\n<p>我看到太多人看到好东西就存，存完就忘。你不是缺资料，你是缺行动。</p>\n<p>这份讲义，我建议你看一遍，再看一遍，看的时候做笔记，然后打开你的检查表，开始干。</p>\n<h2 id=\"_3\">世界上最遥远的距离，就是\"收藏\"和\"行动\"之间的距离</h2>\n<p>十年前，YC孵化了一个叫Airbnb的公司。它的创始人是三个设计师，没有任何技术背景，他们去Y Combinator路演的时候，Paul Graham说：\"你们的想法听起来很烂，但你们的用户很爱你们，所以我投了。\"</p>\n<p>这个故事不是什么传奇故事。它就是CS183B讲义里的一个案例。</p>\n<p>Case by case，不讲大道理，只有方法论。</p>\n<p>我真心建议你，花一个周末，把这份讲义听完。不用花钱，不用加群，不要被谁割韭菜。</p>\n<p>你创业路上最需要的一堂课，它已经免费摆在那了。</p>\n<p>而接下来，就看你了。</p>\n"}],"isError":false,"timestamp":1779093282347}}
